Q: Is it a beginners or professional saxophone

It is made out of very cheap materials that won’t even satisfy a beginner sax player. Don’t mislead by those fake 5 stars reviews.

Q: When i align the neck with the pin on the body (linking to octave key) , the neck is not aligning with the bell on the main body. is this a defect?

All of alto sax is designed like this to avoid the risk that right hand would hit the bass pad while performing. Hope this helps. : )
