Perfect for 40° F under the stars. Don't let its convenient packability fool you. It feels thicker than it looks. Once you're wrapped up in it the warmth and the weight speak for themselves. It's clearly well-made and softer than the sheep it came from, which shocked my girl a ton cuz she's so picky about fabrics and hates how even supposedly soft wool still ends up scratchy.The first impression upon opening was the opposite of my last blanket-by-mail. No weird odor, no shedding, neatly folded yet no weirdly "sticky" creases. After using it for a few months, it's retained its comfort, color, and stitching entirely. I can tell this is going to last me a long time - far longer than I paid for. It was 100% worth it, and I advise anyone who gets this blanket to get the carry strap as well.

Just don’t wash unless needed as it will shed a lot and is a pain to clean the first time you wash. The bigger the wash tub the better but handing it try and shaking it well when dry cleaned it up.Love this blanket and kept me warm in a surprise snow storm.

Medium weight but very good at holding heat. Had a comfortable camping trip with this one. Not much pilling when I washed it. Came in with a slight odor, which is normal for wool. Definitely will buy more at this value for the cost.

This thing is warm. Had a little funny smell when I got it but that’s to be expected with fabric. Seems durable and very thick. Good price. Actually bought 2 more after I bought the first one

Read the washing instructions well! I washed it in a regular washing machine on a normal cycle and when I took out there was hand full after hand full of shedding . The blanket has been good but this is the first time I washed it I hope it’s not ruined . I put it in the dryer to hopefully catch the rest of it in the lint catcher 😬😬

I was looking for a large wool blanket just to have around because of the temperatures at night where I live. On one of these nights, I had it folded in half and wrapped around myself. Not once did I get up due to being cold or the blanket not fitting me. I'm not a small person either (5'10", 210lbs), and I fit very well by myself. I store this rolled up, so it has no issue fitting into small spaces.This would be a good mid-layer on your bed or over top of a sleeping bag to hold in a lot of heat without worrying about moisture. I say mid-layer due to this is wool, and it isn't the best feeling to be right up against your skin.Very well made and no issues yet.

Bought this blanket for our Grandson. He lives in assisted living. All wool.easy to care for. Soft, great price. He loves it. He is big and the blanket fits
