Excellent customer service - stood behind product even though just outside warranty period.
After 14 months and a total of 5 uses, the product did not turn on with a full charge. I contacted hyperice to see if they will stand behind the product notwithstanding it is out of its 1 year warranty period. They are sending me a new one. Great way to have loyal customers for life! I also have normatec recovery boots, hyperice hypervolt and a back recovery product. All are excellent. Highly recommend this company

Il miglior rullo?
Acquistato questo rullo per massaggiare le gambe e la schiena dopo l'attività fisica. Il prodotto è fatto molto bene, i materiali sono buoni, la vibrazione è potente e c'è pure una App che ti guida passo passo. Certo è caro ma il rullo è veramente valido. Per chi usa una pistola da massaggio dico di valutare bene l'acquisto del rullo in quanto la pistola è più pratica e massaggia più in profondità. Io ho anche una pistola, il rullo lo tengo perchè massaggiare la schiena con la pistola non ci si riesce, quindi se volete massaggiare solo le gambe è meglio la pistola. Alla massima potenza è necessario mettere più di un tappeto/tappetino sotto perché altrimenti l'inquilino del piano di sotto si sturba...

Awesome Massage Therapy Tool
I have been researching massage rollers for several months and finally pulled the trigger on Vyper 3. I read the reviews and was kind of skeptical of the product, but as I already own the Vyper gun I decided to go with the Vyper roller. Some reviews complained about the high intensity vibration and how it would bounce across the floor, but after using it for a couple of months I find this feature a great asset. Once you place your weight on the roller it becomes very stable while providing a deep, deep massage to the injured area. I feel if it wasn't such a strong vibration I would not get such a good massage. I am absolutely sold on this product and happy I didn't go with a less powerful product.

Small, easy to carry, good for mobilization
The intensity of this electric foam roller is insane. I usually use a roller to increase the mobility of my lower body muscles before a basketball/gym session, and honestly it does the job perfectly. Small and easy to carry around too. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation for athletes.

Charge Does Not Last
Similar to the other 1-star review, there are issues with charging. In this case, the unit only vibrates after being plugged in for multiple hours. If left unplugged for more than 5 minutes, the until will not turn back on. Not worth it for a $200 device. Customer service is unresponsive, as well. There appears to be major issues with recently produced units.
