Rockville RCS650-6 650 Watt 6 Zone 70v Commercial Amplifier, Bluetooth, Multi-Zone Control, USB/SD Player, Perfect for Restaurants and Offices

I bought this for a 80s party we were having. Plus I needed a new system outside. Hooked up 18 outdoor speakers around the patio and pool. Had this thing cranked for about six hours straight with out a single problem. It can get loud. Love the ability to have so many different inputs. We were playing 80s music off of our phone and had microphones plugged in same time. No problem. When I was looking for one, I was skeptical about buying a 70v commercial system. But it works great for around the pool and outside. We will have to see about the longevity. I’ve had it for a month with no problems.

I can control the head unit from each volume knob in the house and at the head unit. It works well with Bluetooth. I hooked my phone up to it and my watch can control play throughout the house.

It seems to take forever to get product from Rockville. 2 weeks ...A remote is provided and I would have expected it to control the volume for the unit. It does not. The only way to control the volume is with the knobs for the zones and/or the master volume. Not real helpful when the unit is mounted in a rack close to the ceiling to provide needed space in the room in which it is installed. We will have to add volume controls (an unexpected expense) to provide an ability to access the unit's sound without a step stool.Oh yes and the manual shows an ability to select optical and control it's volume ... not true.

I installed this in a restaurant. The zones have 5 notch settings - great to create initial balance in the space. The block connector for speakers is a great feature during installation.

We as a company went through two of these, they both lasted not even two weeks. First one the power stopped working and would not turn off and the second amp did nothing at all.

The media could not be loaded. The amp work as advertised. Easy to figure out. Very self-explanatory. It’s able to power the JBL Control 26CT in-ceiling loud speakers and JBL Control 23C outdoor speakers. The speakers sound amazing with these commercial amp versus my residential amp.It’s not the product but the seller I have an issue. I know it’s used but they could have at least wiped the controls. They were greasy and oily. It also was missing the remote controller. Update 6/20/24: seller agreed to send the missing remote controller.

Cannot turn the power off with power switch on the receiver. Have to use the remote. Weird? Anyway, contacted Rockville and was given an RMA number and told to return it for repair or replacement. Problem is, I have to pay for the shipping, which is $77. This is crap. You sent me a bad receiver, now you make it right. Won’t order from Rockville again for this reason
