Doesn’t stay cold for long, and each piece is awkward and doesn’t fit properly

I wasn't sure how I would feel about this BUT I SO LOVE IT! The texture of the mask feels so soft and comfortable. It was a little crazy getting use to it on my face around the eye area but once I got thr hang of the placement, I had no more issues. It does get cold pretty fast in the freezer and ready for use fairly quickly. It doesn't get rock hard so the gel inside doesn't feel like it's a brick on your face. It's a very cool mask and you feel and see the puffiness go down. I leave on for 10 minutes and sometimes flip over to the other side to really feel the coolness on my face. It says that the bag should keep the foodie/Freezer smell away but I think it still seeps in a tad but it's bearable.

My eye doc suggested a mask that would stay warm instead of a warm washcloth which barely last a minute or two. I’m having issues with dry eyes and blocked oil glands around the eyes. Using this mask as a warm compress has helped so much! I microwave the insert it for 40 seconds and it lasts 5-10 minutes and apply 2x a day. And it’s very relaxing. As far as some reviewers mentioning and odor, it does have a natural seed type slight smell, but it’s not offensive in any way. The elastic band is adjustable and comfortable. Great for sties if you’re prone to that. It has helped immensely. Highly recommend.
