Slide key hole to unlock
Took me a while to figure out how to unlock it but you just need to slide the key hole thing to do it. Couldn’t find an emergency key for if you forget your code though. Nonetheless, pretty durable luggage

Poor quality in general. Came without key
It will do the job more or less, but poor quality in overall. Product arrived without key. Returned the product. Would rather add extra 50-60 usd more to buy something more solid with proper warranty instead. Won't recommend this product.

Look good with bad quality zipper
What a bag with broken zipper that i get for thia bag it work for 2 days while i was in the airport the zipper just broke in the airport
