This was easy to install and set up. The only issue was the battery fits very tight so make sure you completely snap it into place. At first the controllers didn't work because I didn't have the batteries completely seated. Once I figured that out they worked great.No performance issues. So far battery charge holds for about 16 to 18 hours of gaming. They fit fine on the charger cradle which I have plugged into the USB port on the Xbox Series X.I like the indicator light telling me when it's charging and when it's fully charged and it seems accurate so far. a big plus is how inexpensive this is compared to burning through AA batteries non stop. Great value.

The placement of the controllers on the dock is a bit sensitive but the device works well and you just can’t beat the price since it includes the batteries.

This is a pretty awesome rechargeable station for Xbox controllers. It comes with the rechargeable batteries and 2 different battery covers. It came as a set which is great because we have 3 controllers. The station charges quicker than I thought and the controllers hold the charge for quite awhile. When he gets free time my husband plays Xbox for hours and he doesn’t have to put them on station for a few days. Battery installation was very easy and it’s obvious when a controller is still charging (light on front of station is red) and when it’s fully charged (light is green). I do have to say the charging lights are quite bright, it’s plugged into our bedroom and the red charging light lights up that whole area of our room. The price was perfect for everything that was included and for the quick recharge.

Do away with the charging cables! I can't count how many charging cables I've gone through. The wires get cut inside the insulation very quickly and I was tired of buying them all the time. I got this to fix the problem. It works great. The indicators show red when charging and green when fully charged. It's astetically pleasing and eliminates those messy and tangled cords. Please note that this comes with a new back plate for your controller. The plate has a couple holes so it can't make connection with the controllers battery in order to charge. However, they don't fit on every xbox controller. It seems to be only the new generation. One of my controllers has no backing because it wouldn't fit. It would have been nice to have something universal or added a plate in the box that was compatible.

Got this for my son and he really likes it the controller get changed fast and last him a long playing time it comes as shown.

I bought this because I had another system that literally burned up. So far, this one has been durable and the quality of the charger and batteries seems good. The power cord is a bit short, but I have a surge protector in my media center so it wasn't an issue. It seems to be a great value for the price and the indicators are bright and easy to see. Will buy again.

Works great. Came with 2 batteries and 4 backs. There were 2 different style backs for the 2 different style of xbox 1 controllers.
