Awesome sound quality for the money!
Overall, very pleased with this PA speaker. Connects easily with BT. Sound is awesome- just be sure to select the EQ (sound equalizer) to you preference and then adjust the Low and High for the amount of bass and treble that you like for your music/voice. It’s definitely a keeper and a great addition to my back patio, love it!!

Not fully refurbished
The ad claims that the item is refurbished and only has some visual wear marks that you would notice up close. After receiving the item, it was easy to notice that the item had more than visual wear. It has deep gouges and scratches all around it. The entertaining lights around the speaker do not work and the Bluetooth will not stay clearly linked, it shuts on and off every few minutes. This also includes the Bluetooth for linking speakers. Tested the item with different phone, tablet and computer to test Bluetooth again and experienced same result. If you are going to sell refurbished equipment, then the item needs to be fully refurbished. It is fraud to sell returned broken items to individuals as a refurbished item. A formal complaint will be filed with Amazon for your practices. It was obvious that this was intentional and there was no way that the item was sent without knowing that it was not in working condition. We are keeping the item as evidence, and we would not trust them sending us a working unit. The one star was for the shipping, received item quickly.

Awesome for a factory worker
Bought refurbished the only thing that doesn't work is the battery but I use it plugged in anyway. Really loud and clear. I use it in a loud manufacturing shop while wearing ear plugs. Awesome deal for the price.

The speaker shut down by itself
I bought this speaker because I wanted to have a pair. I have one already and I’m very happy with my older speaker. But the new speaker shut down by itself I have to shutdown power and restart. Very disappointed.

Keeps turning off about every 15 to 20 minutes. Lights will not turn off.
