I've used this brand for a lot of years ad it works great. I always keep a bottle in my car for those special moments when the family wants to pull over for a date shake or an ice cream. There is no taste and you can chew the easily even though they are not advertised as chewable. A very good value.

My oldest kid was plagued with a love for cereal, mac n cheese, ice cream, pizza, etc. alongside difficulties processing/digesting dairy. We tried buying dairy products labeled lactose free, but it was still an issue so we weren't sure what is in dairy that's actually causing the problems. Found these pills and decided to see if they would help, and wow! Kid can now eat dairy as long as they remember to take this pill. If they forget, it's just like the dark times with the gas, bloating, pain, bathroom issues, etc so it's definitely not a placebo effect. When they remember to take a pill just before starting to eat (or at least before finishing the food) there are no yucky digestion problems. What a great product!

I like that these are small and easy to swallow. The dosing is less than my other lactose supplement. Great price. These are capsules so there is not flavor. I haven't used for very long will update if needed after using for a while.

This is my favorite lactose intolerance pill. All the other brands make me feel a little nauseous. This is the only one I take. Wish I would have found out about it sooner. And it has a better price most of the time

We have been using these enzymes for a year now and they are the absolute best. They are easy to swallow, even my seven-year-old can swallow them. We are all lactose intolerant my family and they absolutely work. I’ve even had to introduce these to several friends that are lactose intolerant, they’re impressed as well. We like that the size is small enough for travel. It does help with digestion of dairy and does not leave anyone with an upset stomach in our family. These are way better to use other chewable enzymes or lactaid because there aren’t a bunch of awful filler ingredients.

I've been using this brand for decades. I don't like chewable digestion support so these are absolutely perfect. The size is small and the gel tabs can be swallowed without a huge glass of water.

I really wanted to live these dairy digest complete pills. Unfortunately, after trying multiple times and adding more pills each time, they really do not do as intended. I’ve taken 6 pills before drinking milk and still had dairy issues. The plus part of these pills is that they are very small. As of today, I probably will not order again. Maybe if you lactose intolerance is minimum they would work.
