Box open,damaged & mug very dusty
All the reviews that say that the box was open, damaged and the mug was very dusty are true. I had the same experience..definitely do NOT gift any9ne, they will be extremely disappointed and very unhappy. I put mine in the dishwasher right away so it gets fully sanitizer but I am still not comfortable drinking out of it or using it yet :(

Termo Ferrari. Fallo
Muy buen producto. Mantiene la alta temperatura. Al tapar bien no deja derramar los líquidos. Ejemplo de calidad. Feb/24/2025. La bebida caliente empezó a derramarse, se cedió un caucho protector de la tapa. Pasaré la calificación de 5 a 2 estrellas. Me quedará inservible sino me envían un caucho de repuesto. Necesito q me vendan el caucho que está en la foto. Es una lástima q quede inservible. Deberían anexar un par de cauchos de reserva.
