I have low porosity 3c-4b hair. Worn natural it is always been dry, curls that start nice then get frizzy. Went through a lot of ‘natural hair’ care brands, then once I figured out my hair porosity (simple test on Pinterest), I found this product among others- tried it and the way my hair washed was amazingly different! Curls defined, easy to wash and run my fingers through. Almost no tangles, smells delicious! Hair was soft, squeaky clean I pair this shampoo with shea moisture manuka honey intense hydration conditioner and then all the Aunt Jackies products. My curls have never looked better. I’ve already ordered 4 more bottles of shampoo. It’s that good!!! Buy it sis.

I love this line. I have fine curly hair and have been blowing it straight for decades. During pandemic, in April, I got rid of all my unhealthy shampoos that strip your hair. It works! Suddenly my scalp is not "oily" and I had always thought it was. In fact, its never oily. I use the coconut Cowash daily. It completely changed my hair and scalp. My hair has grown in healthy, soft, and stronger since I stopped brushing, blowdrying straight. I use this shampoo about once a week and its seems good. Sold on the entire line. Just ordered the rest of their products that suits my fine curly hair.

Looks like the seller has listened to all of the feedback on bottles loosening and contents spilling during shipping. My bottle arrived with a professional label securely taping the lid to the bottle on both sides. Good idea. This product may not be for everyone, but it is for me. I have 4c classified hair (which is AAA to me!) and I only apply this to the scalp area and not on the length of the hair. For a sulfate free shampoo, it cleans my scalp to my satisfaction. This shampoo leaves me with more of that squeaky clean feel, no slip to the hair shaft, which is not the way I want my hair to feel. So after rinsing, I apply As I Am CoWash to the full shaft of the hair. And it's perfect. I love the combined effect. So Clarity for the scalp on the first wash, CoWash for the shaft on the second wash and its' all Super Swell. Happy Cleansing!

Used this for the first time today following a blowout I had done about a week ago. This was listed on naturallycurly.com as a top clarifying shampoo, so I thought I would give it a try. I think it worked pretty well. I normally use the Neutrogena anti-residue shampoo as my clarifier, but wanted to try something less harsh. I think this did a pretty good job with less harsh ingredients, and hair didn't seem to be as tangled. There was definitely tangling, but not as much as I experienced with other brands not meant for naturally curly hair. I'll keep using it.

Using this with the Using this with the coconut conditioner makes your hair feel soft and looks healthy. I love this natural product.
