I exercise with this little gadget on my left side. My thing is a stronger because I have a trigger finger and I just didn’t have to get an injection because I exercise with this little gadget. It was really good.

Beginner guitar player. Using it to strengthen fingers. So far it's been useful.

The adjustment from 4-7 pounds is not even noticeable. In fact I don’t think it even works. However I needed to strengthen my pinky finger specifically for guitar after a serious injury some years ago so this works as a rehab device for me. It does just that and that’s all that matters. I only have four stars because the adjustment is not noticeable at all.

This is well made and designed strengthener for hand and fingers. Mostly for improving strength and dexterity for playing guitar and other string instruments. The bottom bar has a textured finish which makes slipping away from the thumb nearly impossible. Takes a bit of practice to get the technique but when you get there, you will feel the benefits fairly soon.

Nice and adjustable so you can’t set a tension to help strengthen your fingers

I just started playing guitar and bought this to strengthen fingers. It works. It's adjustable, but I really cannot tell the difference between high and low settings. It was inexpensive and it works for me.

This is good for pianists, especially during travel, it can keep your fingers moving & strengthened. Pushing the exerciser has more resistance than the action of a really good piano. You can exercise all fingers together or one at a time or in intervalic patterns (2 & 4; 3 & 5; etc).

So I have been using for the past couple days while I work. It is the perfect thing if you use fidget toys and play a kisic instrument. As far as the actual purpose of the product, it is alright. I notice my pinky getting noticeably stronger each day, but this device leaves only a tiny amount of adjustment. It is a good starter, but I will probably need an upgrade soon. Especially great if you play bass guitar!
