It is so much prettier than the picture. Very heavy- duty and colorful. Highly recommended! Please don’t do what I did. I didn’t have it secure enough- I put a battery in and hung it. Stood back to admire and it fell to the floor. One piece broke off and the clock got damaged. I splurged on this and can’t afford another. I want to cry. It is very durable if you hang it right :(

Good looking clock for us steampunk fans. A little pricey IMO. Fortunately I found one that had been returned and scored a large discount. I added a gear to the clock, like other buyers did. There's a wealth of gears for sale on Ebay that can enhance this clock.

This clock is great! Very high quality, solid built, which validates the price tag. The color in the picture does no justice. The actual clock is colorful, with pearlescent paint. My wife picked it out and I wasn’t all that excited, until we received it and I saw it in person. Recommended if you’re going for this look.

I LOVE this clock. I almost wish it was a little bigger, but its sturdy, well made, and the metallic colors pop. Its the perfect addition to my steampunk dining room. If you are on the fence about purchasing this clock, go for it!

This clock is very pretty though it is a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. When it’s dark in the room like at night, it’s not very easy to read the hands Though. I’m thinking of possibly painting them silver so they’ll show up a little bit more.

As others have stated in past reviews, the actual colors are much more vibrant and metallic. I also found no difficulties in reading the clock hands (I can see how it might be hard from far away though). I LOVE the looks. It came exactly as I've seen in other people's photos, and is the perfect steampunk decor I've been searching for.However, BE AWARE that the quality or material is super weak compared to how heavy the clock weighs.I read in a previous review that someone dropped and broke the clock so I was extremely careful about choosing a place where I could mount it safely and worry-free. After 3 weeks of pondering, I finally set my mind on a spot and was placing it against the wall to see the feel before actually screwing into the wall, and surprise, dropped the clock (from about 6-ft). The pieces, and my excitement, literally shattered in a moment. You can see in my photo the bits of shattered pieces I managed to gather plus white scratches (on the edges of the main clock part). I'm left with a masterpiece in pieces, sob.At first sight, I think everyone would give this a 5-star rating. But after experiencing the disaster first-hand, I judge that this clock is too heavy and severely limits my options in placing it where I would want to. And if you accidentally drop it like me, it's over because it will certainly break (unless you drop it on a cushion-carpeted area). I think there must be a warning note for buyers to be very careful and selective in handling or gifting this. I also think there's really no need to make this so heavy. Since the selling price is expensive already, it might be nice to try and get near-similar effects using a lighter base, even if coating may cost more.

Amazing quality clock and looks amazing loved it. On the flip side the mounting system is extremely bad. So bad I ruined my walls trying to put it up and have to plaster and re paint the wall. Wanted to keep it so bad but not worth ruining my wall again. If it had a better hook mounting system it would have worked.

Just a great piece and looks perfect on my wall. High quality... what more can I say? I'm glad I made the purchase.

The colours of this steampunk clock are even more exceptional than expected and the clock looks amazing. Both my husband and myself have loved this clock from afar for a while now and, since I kept going back to look at it, ordered it. I haven’t had it long but since I kept going back to it I knew it wasn’t just an “impulse like“ but a “truly happy to own it like”. We are both Super happy with it.
