I have had consistently low Vitamin D levels. My Doctor has prescribed 60,000 IU chewable once a week along with the Calcium D3 K2 combination i was taking. Since i could not find a viable (without Magnesium) C D3K2, i take calcium separately and this maybe the best combination of D3 K2 i found on Amazon. I am going to stick to it for 6 months to see the results. Yes this is the correct dose, professionals who are up to date with the latest research will agree on 2000 IU being correct and not 500 as previously recommended.

This Indian Brand selling more expensive than USA brands... Qualitywise good.... But this is too much expensive.... Anyway there must be other good quality d3 k2 on Amazon needed to explore. What attracted me in this product was 100mcg k2 in one single capsule plus mct oil(upgraded version of coconut oil) Capsule quality was nice too. Amazon Providing Great Service.
