Ordered this chromebook. Had a couple of days and so far it is the best chromebook I ever had. Fast startup,easy setup. Another feature I use is the touchscreen. All around it's perfect for my needs,buy it you will like it.

this is the model to buy it is my second one. The only reason I needed a new after 6 years the updates were done Chrome OS is so superior for browsing and netflx ,Youtube or any media play~1

So far I like the chromebook. But the packaging was missing the stylus pen. I'll have to contact Amazon. That said, I haven't had the chromebook long enough to rate the battery time. The instruction manual books sent did not help with the set up. There are a few terms like "vox" that were new to me and had to look up some terms to complete the set up. I would recommend you search online for unboxing videos.Update June 2024: the dongle connection is on the left side ( with the computer screen facing you). This is unlike a past version of a chromebook where the connection was on the right side. It takes some getting use to because, if like me, you are use to sitting in a particular area, where it's important for the position of a dongle and usb-cord, you may need additional wire and or if you're sensitive about positioning the laptop)Another issue: when the laptop is closed and being charged. The Acer branding on top of the laptop is backward. Before using the computer you have to turn the computer around. Maybe the compute was designed backward. With other versions by this manufacturer, just open up the top and no need to move the computer around at all.In sum, it seems like the computer design is "backward." Thus far it hasn't affected performance. But will update if any new issues.

I bought my husband an HP Chromebook several years ago...it needed replacing and I decided to try a different company Chromebook. This was cheaper, had touchscreen and backlit keyboard (so convenient too). Works perfect. Hubby not tech savvy (but loves his Chromebook) so I was afraid a different brand might not work exactly the same, no worries...it's perfect and affordable!

I love chromebooks. This Acer Spin chromebook model has everything I need to take care of business while providing access to all forms of entertainment as well. Chromebooks are user friendly, have built in security features and free updates for 7 years and they are fast. I will never go back to Microsoft. I especially like the Acer brand and have loved every one I've ever had. I like the newer programming and features such as the touch screen, back the lit keyboard and the screen which can be folded back to back. For everyday browsing,email, games, news, and all the information you can read..this chromebook is the affordable option I chose.

Overall a decent laptop, but this thing really needs more RAM. We ordered this September 27 and it was delivered September 29. My daughter uses it in high school. It is now December 1 (2 months old) and this has happened twice already. Of course we missed the return date. So now we are stuck with a computer that needs to be repaired once again. The first time it took my husband at least 2 hours to fix. Hoping it doesn't take that long again. Because it is so unreliable I would not recommend this computer at all!

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for college and it works perfect forhomework and stream movies. Small and lightweight with fantasticscreen, Easy to setup. battery life is awesome. The Stylus is smooth.I have zero complaints.
