かなり高いですが、とにかくよく燃えます。二次燃焼は美しく、煙も少なくて、燃え残りも少ないです。 火力が高い時ほど綺麗に燃えますが、薪の消費速度は尋常ではありません。熾火になっても火力・熱量は半端ではなく、パンなどを焼くととても美味しくなります。 薪の高さは、二次燃焼用の穴よりも5cmくらい低いところまでに抑えた方が良いです。この穴よりも高いところの燃料は二次燃焼しません。
