Size down if you want a snug/compression fit. I normally wear a size medium in other short brands and while il keep the medium in these I ordered a small because they are little on the looser side. Overall I like the style and feel. They are the perfect length not too short or too long. And soft. This is the length of shorts I’ve been searching for.

I go this for my wife recently as she’s getting back into her fitness routines, other brands promoted by a lot of the fitness influencers she follows are in my opinion over priced and probably made in the same or similar factories as this brand. The quality of this product makes it a great value at its price point, no doubt. She really likes the high waist feature and how it tucks in her tummy, yet not suffocating. The scrunch feature of course is something she specifically wanted and makes her butt look very flattering. I’ve bought her other shorts with similar features from Amazon but she really liked these the most, I believe the quality and feel of the short is what she likes about them, how the material is very thick yet stretchy. It seems like she likes a workout short or pant to be made of 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex as these are. Others have a lower percentage of Nylon and more polyester, this makes a softer garment but doesn’t tighten, tuck, and lift like this product does. In fact she liked them so much I bought her 3 different colors for starters. She looks amazing in them and I will definitely buy other colors.

I've tried a lot of different scrunch shorts from Amazon and these are my favorite. They're the only ones that lift my butt in a flattering way which is what I wanted them for. I wear these under clothes so I can't say anything about how they are for working out. My only complaint is how stiff the leg part is. I have thicker thighs and these squeeze so tight it causes rolls. I have to pull the leg part up so they almost look like underwear instead of shorts. If I were to size up then the waist would be way too big (for reference I'm 5'6" 130lbs, bought the large when I'm usually a medium, and they're very tight in legs and big in waist). I ended up cutting slits on each side to stretch the leg part out and that seems to work. But if I wanted to wear these as actual shorts it wouldn't be ideal.

I love the color, the waistband is perfect, not too short for “short shorts”. Very flattering. I would definitely buy more. Thick enough fabric, feel good quality

I'm a little on the fence on this one. I like the material, if feels sturdy like it wouldn't shimmy down when I'm running or ride up, but I haven't put it to practice, still deciding if I want to keep it. Waist is 25 inches; and hips/butt is 36 inches and I ordered an XS. I ordered the leggings from this brand with the same material in an small and found it to be a little too big, so I ordered the shorts a size down. I'm still running into the same issue with the waist band sitting just *slightly* too high for me so the bottom of the waist band sits just about my pooch so it squeezes that belly down lower and makes my pooch look even larger. Also not really ideal for someone like me who has a short torso because the top of the waistband hits right at my ribcage. The second photo is me wearing it under a dress. Works pretty well as a shapewear if it was so high. Like I said, the top of the waistband is too high for my torso.

These are the 3rd pair of shorts I've bought from this brand and I must say that I love them all. The waist band is high and compressing so if you have a pooch it helps hold her down a little. The scrunchy booty design makes your butt look magical. The solid colors are great but the print ones do something to the glutes that make them pop a little more. They're nice and thick quality material, squat proof and fit true to size. I'm 5' 8" and weigh 160lb and got a medium.Do they ride up? Yes. If you have thick thighs that swallow up most shorts and are doing squats they do ride up a little but in my experience the shorts that don't ride up cut so much into my legs they look ridiculous. So I'm ok with pulling them down after my set. If you're on the fence about these, don't be! Just buy them!
