Mac Knives - Very Sharp!
We have been using the MAC original paring knife for decades and recently replaced it with a new one.Very sharp, handles well with a good balance, and as I said before, very sharp.Anthony Bourdain once upset the food industry by declaring that you really didn't need those full expensive sets of kitchen knives to do a lot of cooking and that you really only needed 4 knives: a chefs knife, a paring knife, a serrated knife and a boning knife. The MAC paring knife is fantastic.

Great knife
I am a knife snob and can bore you about powdered steel technologies and super aogami blue steel but if you just want second to none kitchen cutlery you can’t go wrong with MAC. Super sharp, high quality stainless steel and ergonomic design. I’m not surprised that MAC knives are a favorite of professional cooks. This is a great paring knife, sharp and agile.

Excellent knife
I somehow accidentally lost my original MAC 4" knife, my favorite. When I was able to reorder one from Amazon and received it today, I'm now very happy. Thanks for the speedy sending.

Best knives I've ever seen
I got a set of Mac knives as a wedding gift in 1977. I'm still using them every day! I now give them as gifts to friends and family.

Great little knife!
Had one for over 30 years. Recently misplaced it so order this one. It met all expectations; just as good as the first.

Mac makes a great knife....
We had a set of these when I was growing up ('60s) and I still have one of the originals. (use it almost every day) though the edge on this latest one doesn't hold it's keenness as long...
