I recently purchased and used this belt for a few weeks during my workout sessions. Overall, I found it to be a helpful addition to my routine, but there were some aspects that left me a bit underwhelmed.Let's start with the positives. The construction and quality of the belt are commendable. The materials used seem durable, and the stitching appears to be well-done. The belt's adjustable design allowed for a snug fit, which is crucial for providing the necessary support during weightlifting and various exercises. I noticed a definite improvement in my form while wearing the belt, especially during heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts. It provided the stability I needed to focus on my technique and push myself harder.On the downside, I found the comfort level of the belt to be a bit lacking. While the support was there, I experienced some discomfort around the edges after extended use. The padding could be improved to prevent this issue, making longer workouts more enjoyable. Additionally, the buckle system, although innovative, took a bit of getting used to. I had to spend some time adjusting and readjusting to find the optimal fit, which interrupted the flow of my workout.In terms of aesthetics, the design of the belt is quite simple and functional, but it lacks a bit of flair. While looks aren't the most important aspect of a training belt, a more stylish design could make the product feel more appealing and motivating to use.In conclusion, the belt is undeniably effective in providing support and improving form during heavy lifting exercises. Its durability and adjustable fit are praiseworthy features. However, comfort issues and a slightly complicated buckle system prevent me from giving it a higher rating. With some refinements in these areas, this training belt could easily earn a solid 4-star rating from me.

This is a great belt it provides me with plenty of support. I only have one issue and that is the Velcro is on the outside of the belt vs the strap that you pull meaning if you brush against some fabric you can get caught.

I use it for CrossFit. It’s great! Holds together well and I use it several times a week over the last 6 months. I like that’s it’s thin. Great to get on and off quickly.

Love the colors and the fit… doesn’t move when squatting

I’m not a fan of the style I much rather have the button up style but this was as good as it got for the price and name brand. I like it, I used to own a leather one which was thinner in the front and wider in the rear but this one is the same size all around which for the price it does the job.

I love the belt, but my waste is 31 inches and I got a medium so it’s just barely a perfect fit. I ordered the green which in the picture it shows OD green but when i received it, it’s a safe green. I may return it because it isn’t the color I wanted. But overall it is a really nice belt. These also have a lifetime warranty on them.

Love my belt! It’s easy to put on and off and it gives me the perfect amount of support. I got a size medium. I’m 5”4 @ 180 pounds.
