Great for my Achilles surgery rehab
After Achillies tendon reconstruction I needed lifts in my boot and shoe. I'm able to peel off a layer each week. It was important to get two sets because even though my right leg was not affected, I needed my hips to be even. Wearing them at the same level in both shoes helped save my lower back.

They do the job
These work well but do not have anything included to stick them to your shoes. I have had to use super glue. However, using 2 of the 3 gives me the approximately 1/2” I need to even my gait.

They Really Work to Help Relieve Foot Pain!
I like the added comfort of the heel lifts in my shoes. I purchased these heel lifts at the suggestion of my orthopedic doctor to help with the pain of a bone spur on the heel of one of my feet. I ordered the product and put them in my shoes and felt instant relief! I They really do help to relieve foot pain and also make your shoes feel more comfortable to wear. I ordered a few more pairs of the heel lifts so that I could wear them in more than one pair of shoes so that I would not have to take them out of one pair and put them in another pair. They really work! I will order more as needed and recommend to others.

Sticky intersoles
Heel lifts are larger than I expected. If you separate them, they stick to your shoes intersole, so when you take it out of the shoe, it completely pulls the shoes intersole out of the shoe.

Had pain in the calves
These were recommended by a YouTube video I watched about pulled Achilles tendons… I have been working construction in sand and have been having to walk up steep embankments which caused my Achilles to be so tender I could barely touch it. I ended up using these in my work boots , which I like because they have three tiers so you can remove one or two to make them shorter if needed. I ended up just using one tier at a time.That was enough to give my calf a break while working.I would definitely get these if you have Achilles pain!

Easy to adjust to correct height. Fits well into shoes. A simple remedy for leg length discrepancy.

Good product but a little hard to separate if you need to create a lower level. Comfortable in shoes.
