Dorman 80546 front driver side exterior door handle compatible with select cadillac / chevrolet / gmc models, chrome , black

Very close replacement. Slight difference in chrome colour. Not as clean a part, molding flash not properly removed prior to chrome. Install required more fussing as the 2 bolt holes holding it on are fraction of a mm off the center of the holes in the door skin. The handle doesn't quite have the same feel as the original, the weight seems off. However, it does work and the door opens. Anything but close inspection, it looks fine. I do hope it lasts.

Bon produit pour le prix, mais le trou vers l'avant de la poignée n'arrive pas à la bonne place de 2 ou 3 mm. Il faut donc forcer un peu la poignée pour la visser et cela la fait plier alors il y a une craque qui s'ouvre entre la poignée et la porte. J'ai mis un peu de silicone transparent et cela ne paraît presque plus. Je la recommande si vous voulez sauver de l'argent. La poignée fonctionne bien et paraît bien, mais dans mon cas, je ne voulais pas payer chère puisque mon camion a bientôt 9 ans et la rouille commence à faire son oeuvre.

The door handle has a very cheap feel to it and is not the same size as oem it is slightly narrower in height and it’s noticeable I didn’t have any issues in the chrome since the tone matches the original handle perfectThe other issue I had is that the on the inside of the handle where your fingers rest to pull on the handle is also chrome and does not have the black padAlso this handle weights less then the oem one I had on the truckI guess you get what you pay forIt probably won’t last as late no but when it breaks I will pay the extra cash and order is from the dealer

NOT IMPRESSED WITH QUALITY Of THIS PRODUCT!Removed old handle, which was broken.Opened package to discover that the chrome plating was not adhered to handle. It's flaking and loose.Looks terrible not to mention unsafe as chrome playing is sharp when cracked.Had no choice but to install on the truck which makes our $60k Yukon Denali look like junk.Not happy.I understand that stuff happens but this product should never have gotten past Quality Control.Pretty sloppy for a big organization like Dorman.

It works. Finish quality isnt the best and it doesnt quite align with factory bolt holes. Leave the first bolt real loose before trying to put second one in or yiur just keep fighting the slight angle to get it started.
