I originally bought this for my travel bag. My previous travel clock required reaching over and pressing the snooze bar to light it up in the dark. I'm lazier than that at 3:00am, but I didn't want something garish lighting up the room, so I looked for something with adjustable brightness. I chose the green numerals for the same reason. There were other clocks available that had these features, but this one just looked handsome. So after narrowing down my choices with the necessary features, the decision was based on aesthetics - which isn't such a bad idea for something that you are going to deliberately look at several times a day. I like being able to turn up the brightness during the day if I choose, but hotel rooms tend to be dark and the lowest setting seems to work fine day and night. The buttons to set the time and alarm are not necessarily intuitive and I usually have to refer to the instructions (which I keep in the travel bag with the clock). I pop the batteries out if I'm not going to travel for a while. In my den it had become impractical trying to see a non-lit analog clock if the lights were turned down. I liked the travel clock well enough to buy a second one for the den. (I like my travel bag to be grab-and-go, so I don't take anything out, thus the second clock.) Because it sits on a bookshelf, there is no cord having to be plugged in. I do not regret either purchase.

Such a simple, cute and practical purchases- yet one of my best purchases. Since upgrading my cable box I lost the time display. After several searches and a couple returns- problem resolved. So easy to setup. Love that it runs on batteries. The display is perfect. I have it set on medium and it works day and night. Can see it clearly from a distance. Whether it’s for travel or sitting anywhere in your home- it will work and look great!

Very compact and easy to use. I just wish the display was a little brighter.

I recently bought this for my grandmother who was struggling to find a clock after upgrading her cable box and no longer having a place to display the time. After lots of trial and error, this ended up being the perfect thing for her. It’s small in size, but has large numbers so it can be seen from further away. The battery powered aspect makes it portable and easy to relocate. Her favorite feature is that the blue light is softer on her eyes and also doesn’t cause a glare which was a big factor. Overall a great product for the price and purpose!

Nice sturdy clock

This small clock was EXACTLY what I was looking for and needed. I love the fact that it runs on batteries, and there is no need for all those extra and bulky cords everywhere. I LOVE the white numbers on black because I can see it all the way across the entire room. The numbers are large so you can read them from a distance. Being an airline employee, the military time is a real plus also. It can be easily packed in a suitcase for travel. SO glad I found this finally!

Works well

Great small clock. Can be made very bright or nicely dim. Saves me from having to reset clocks every time the power winks out. I have them all over the house in diff colors to match tv sleep mode colors. Batteries last a long time. Easy to work the settings. One in white had a flickering light but seller replaced asap with another white that was fine. I recommend.
