If it came with a pack of extra filters it would probably be worth the money, but as-is it's basically an item that lasts one week.

If you put it in tight enough to work it is so tight your neck hurts quickly

Product does not have a functional filter. There is nothing between your nostrils and the outside air. This means that your end up breathing whatever is in the air outside. Useless! I complained and Amazon took it back. I wouldn't waste your money if you really need something that functions as an air filter go someplace else.
