Nice Product
When you receive the kadai there is a slight black dust over it, wash the kadai with regular dishwasher and Pat dry with a clean cloth and apply little oil on it and place it on gas stove until oil burns and then keep it aside, it is ready to be used.Nice purchase cooks food fast with less oil.Note- each time you wash it, Pat dry with cloth and apply little oil and keep it otherwise a layer of rust will appear on it.

Amazing
I have been using it for 4 years now . It requires one time proper seasoning and you are good for a entire lifetime . Product is nice and heavy and that's what shows its true iron . I make all the sabzi dal everything in this.
