These are really good, easy to mold, i did it with the 1st try..Comfortable and easy to clean...I only wish they jst made a specific size per box...kz 2 will be a waste.

I got these because they came with 2 different sizes. I have a narrow and smaller mouth so I always worry about things like this being too large in my mouth. This was my first time using a mouth guard. The process of molding the guard to your teeth was really simple. I just boiled some water in a kettle, dropped one in for 10 seconds and pulled it out with tongs. It stuck a bit to the tongs which is probably why it suggested a wooden spatula or chop sticks. I didn’t have any on hand so just used my tongs. It was easy to unstick it though and molded very well to my teeth. I tried both sizes and to my surprise, preferred the large size. I used it last night for the first time and it was very comfortable. I had a great sleep with it in and was easy to clean this morning. The case is a nice touch

Got though the customization process twice now. These do not work as well as going to a professional. I can feel the mouth guard pressing against my teeth so much. There is no way this product is actually safe to use without messing up the alignment of your teeth. The one I had made from an orthodontist did not feel like this, it was comfortable to use and fit well.
