I feel so disappointed!
No, no, no! waste of time, the thing is defective it came all seal and brand new, I was so excited! I have T-mobile and it never worked not even for a call. It restarted many times, it would freeze and the Wi-Fi was crazy turning on and off... What a waste of time. I sent it back the very next day all disappointed ;C

Probably (New/Refurbished) except Battery.
Seems to already have a weak battery after only 15 months.Battery never has worked close to specification times.

Wifi Calling Is NOT Unlocked
I bought this phone specifically to use with a new wireless provider that I signed up with. One of the main reasons I chose the carrier that I did was because they help their customers save money by utilizing wifi calling. I did not see anywhere until after I purchased and received this phone that AT&T did not unlock wifi calling. There are also a couple of other features that do not work. In my opinion, these phones should not be described as "Unlocked". They should be called "Partially Unlocked", or something like that. I'm only giving two stars because I am now unable to take advantage of wifi calling and save money with my new wireless provider.

Too expensive for used
Phone was supposed to be "new" but arrived with a faulty battery. Phone would shut off randomly when the battery got below 30%. Otherwise it was in great condition.

LG G5 Phones are garbage
This is the absolute worst cell phone ever. The last LG G5 phone I had suddenly crashed, so I ordered another one (mostly out of convenience). Shortly after receiving it, I noticed that it was doing the same things as the other one. Although the most recent LG G5 phone I ordered was supposed to be new, I believe that it was refurbished. It would restart by itself, in the middle of me using it. The screen would freeze and black out. I had a hard time even getting the home screen to come on. Whenever the phone did come on, it just did whatever it wanted to. This is exactly what happened to my other LG G5 phone. The screen was hard to turn on until it just stopped coming on one day. Overall, this is one of the worst cell phones ever, and I definitely won't order another one from Amazon.

The battery is good, the camer is good (not great)
The LG G5 is the ONLY phone I have ever owned that has not had any problems. The battery is good, the camer is good (not great), everything runs smooth. Only now, after buying the unlocked version 2 years ago, is the battery going down a little faster and the GPS doesnt keep up. I'm sold on this brand.
