Yes it does! I order mine from pharmaca.com and when you order it, it states that they do need ice packs and they ship ice packs with them! And by the way i have stage 4 colon cancer and if take them warm i can get sick. So yes this product and all good probiotics should be cold.

Does this product contain Folic Acid?

What is the difference between the one for men and the one for women?
