The instructions suck
It was a little sketchy putting together but it’s now my favorite enclosure and I will be getting another in the near future.

Good looking tank.
This tank was easy to put together. Very sturdy. Looks amazing. Holds heat well. Our snake loves this tank.

Worst enclosure I ever bought
This is by far one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. I’m an experienced reptile owner and have built many enclosures over the years and regretted finally trying out this company. I bought two cages and had to get replacements for each because of how poorly everything was packed. It looks like the drivers kicked the box down the stairs and ran it over. There was broken glass, the styrofoam packing was destroyed and went all over my apartment upon opening it, missing pieces and a PAIN to assemble. Everything seemed straight forward at first but there is literally zero room for error, even then - I still have 2 of 3 that the front opening glass won’t even close properly and constantly falls out of the tracks. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money at all.

Love this....but have questions
I put it together myself in about a half hour at best, it was extremely easy and packaged very well not a chip anywhere. I really love the fact that the sides and back are black instead of clear, I think it's a great value for the price and decent quality, I would recommend. First edit: I still love it but now I have an important question and I'm not sure how to find out.... I'm wondering how much weight I can put on the bottom glass panel since it is raised on corner feet. I mean I have sand and heavy pieces of wood dragon Stone and other rocks I want to put in there but I'm really afraid about it being able to handle all that weight, it was a much thicker piece of glass than the sides I did notice that. Second question: it's not so important but I was wondering if the matte finish was supposed to go inside or out? I am very pleased to say that they responded right away and told me that it was 110 lb now I also had a question of what goes inside and out the shiny or the matte finish, well I put the matte finish in thinking it would be better for her not to see her reflection but apparently it's supposed to go out. 🤷 So last edit: I have been happy with everything from product to customer service and I'm already looking into 160 gallon for when my little girl 🦎 gets bigger 👍

Great tank
My bearded dragon loved this tank. I got it for the 3 darker sides since he was scratching a lot. It seemed to help. It was pretty easy to put together. The tank is pretty sturdy and has plenty of space. I like how the top has two screen doors you can open. My old one, the top was one piece. The thing I disliked about this tank is the two glass doors that slide in the front didn’t fit very well. When they were closed and the lock was locked they were fine. However, if I tried to slide one side over I’d have to be careful because the glass would try to fall out. Overall I was satisfied with the tank and was well worth the money.

It's okay, not great.
Its okay but the price is a little high for the quality. The instructions are written by someone who's first language is not English, they're very vague and some of the wording doesnt make sense but you can figure it out. The pictorial isn't much better. It does not show much detail on how the pieces fit together so there's a lot of trial and error which when youre dealing with glass you could absolutely do without. The lock mechanism for the front glass is not even functional, at least not the one I received. We put everything together (my husband is in maintenance so we arent exactly new to putting things together), locked the front glass (and i made sure it was locked by trying to slide open the glass like anyone would do to make sure it was in fact locked), and went to take the assembled tank to its designated location and the locking part of the lock slid right off the metal and hit the bottom of one of the sliding glass panels and broke the bottom corner of the glass right off. It still functions the way it broke but that really sucks for a brand new tank I just spent hundreds of dollars on. I still don't understand why they do not make acrylic or plexiglass tanks rather than glass, they make fish tanks that way I don't get why they're not available for reptiles but I digress. Aside from that, the top metal cover is fairly easy to open and close and is stronger than the screen one I had before which to me is important because I have a cat that I dont want to be able to jump onto the top of the tank and collapse the lid with her weight. I will be getting plexi glass for a cover to go on top as well for heat and humidity retention as mine is a tropical set up so heat and humidity levels are kept high. That being said, if that is your set up also I would recommend using silicone to seal the bottom and side corners if you're looking to use this as a permanent living arrangement for your pet. Overall it's mostly sturdy save for the front sliding glass panels and locking mechanism, the glass panels rattle a bit if the tank is bumped or you move things around or clean inside it which bothers me a bit. My BP likes to glass surf after he swims in his water bowl at night so the rattling of the glass doors would possibly become annoying at best, but hopefully they don't fall out of the track entirely.

A sweet new home for our dragon!
Everything is just as described. Super easy to assemble and cleaning is not a problem. Our dragon took to it right away- little dude was ready for a bigger crib👍🏼 The only issue is one of the front panels is cracked in the corner. Thinking maybe it will break with time. Hoping for a replacement soon! Other than that, pretty happy with this purchase- definitely recommend 😎
