Like I wish I was exaggerating… I just wanna warn anyone who’s new to this stuff that, truly, it’s 100% vile for real. Gave 5 stars because I’m not sure they can actually do anything about it. I guess it just comes with the territory of liquid selenium. I would recommend filling your own capsules with it so you can swallow it straight down without tasting. Otherwise mix into something strong. Or just raw dog it & then chase with something strong.

Taste fine. It's only a couple drops of liquid so it's not bad at all. People who don't like the flavor are probably doing the whole dropper. Don't know if it's working
