Q: Would this work for moderate running?

Possibly, it does have breast and waist straps for stability, but it is a 20 litre pack and I would have thought you might want something slightly smaller

Hi there - These bags are designed in Cumbria, but made in China.

Q: Does this have a zipped pocket inside the bag

Unfortunately I can't remember. I bought the bag to support a UK company making products like this. Unfortunately the plastic fastener on the waist band snapped off the first time I pulled the straps to tighten it. Never had that with any other manufacturer. I threw it away

Q: does this rucksack have an access for a water bladder? i.e. a hole ?

I can’t see a built in hole but lots of compartments with zips do I don’t know if can be adapted - great rucksack though!
