Great powder that I use two ways. One to alleviate abdominal gas spasms by drinking with water regularly. This helps my digestive system to run smoothly. Especially when constipated. Second, I place it in my deep conditioner for my hair. It's packaged very well. The price for the size is a true bargain.

So far no results but it is easy to use and the reviews I read were good. It needs time to see results but I have faith it will be fine. It's multi purpose, you can drink or use directly on your hair.

I brought this powder to make my hair oil for my natural hair. I had no side effects from it. It is hard to find these powders now a days for a reasonable price. The price for this oz of powder was great. I have been using this powder for years now. The size of the bag is great for the money. Very good quality!

I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too. I have continued to purchase because it is a quality vitamin from a quality brand

Upon arrival it was well packaged and the quality looks alright, a smooth powder. It is a very pale green color. Tastes horrendous (bitter) to say the least I’ve tried to mask it into my smoothies but I really can’t stand the taste. It has a strong smell which I can’t stand - but this isn’t to say it’s bad quality. It’s just not a spice/supplement for me, I don’t like it at all. I’ll wait to see the health benefits it gives.
