Fits easily over my closet door. Pretty strong and just what I needed for my resistance bands - even the thickest one. Also good for hanging a few clothes on the back side of course.

It's heavier and stronger than I expected

Used on old bowflex for increased resistance w/out adding rods. Perfect! No safety worries and does a great job. Tested w mini crane scale and added 'weight' precisely w good movement of tubes thru ring. Easy to add more and sturdy enough for more than I can exercise.

Most door frames indoors have nothing impeding the bottom of the door so this works perfectly fine there.However, the top of the door frames have a wooden overlay that prevents the door from swinging through and stops it in line with the latch. The door will not latch closed with this anchored on the top of it.If you pay attention to their pictures, the person working out with this on top is actually the one stopping the door with their feet against the bottom of the door.The picture I submitted shows the anchor hits the frame and the door won’t close, defeating the purpose of anchoring it up there if the door won’t latch. Hence, this can only be used as an anchor at the bottom of closed doors.

Use it everyday. Sturdy and does not hinder door.

You probably won't be able to close the door with this item in place but that shouldn't be a problem. You could also attach it to a table or any other sturdy stanchion or piece of furniture for even more versatility in your exercise regimen. I can think of several other uses including any time you need a firm third hand. I've already used it as a handy place to hang a few pieces of clothing to keep them from getting wrinkled.This clamp even stays in place on the side of the door which is great if you're short and don't want to climb up on a step stool or ladder or if you move it often.The hardware is VERY robust. The "hook" portion can be completely closed if necessary by unscrewing the large nut so it comes into direct contact with the back plate.My highest recommendation.

It works on most doors but my master bedroom door will not close with it on. Must be a bit tighter at the top.

Product was easy to assemble and came as advertised.

This was easy to put on my door, and it works very well. It’s strong and secure. I bought it to use in conjunction with some long resistance bands, and I can do a variety of movements with ease. The only issue is, I don’t use it enough. It’s not cumbersome, so I just leave it in situ, and check fittings before use.

They fit perfect on my doors. I put one up and one down, so I can using resistance bands for different type of exercises. No problem at all even with the strongest band.
