If you’re a coffee snob or just starting out, you can’t go past Ceremony for the best local, fresh roasted, fantastic coffee beans. Always fast and shipped within a day of roasting, Ceremony is hands down the best coffee source in the DMV. My roast is Antithesis, but great variety for any taste. I order regularly and the one time there was an issue (damaged box that I suspect a squirrel got into) Ceremony responded quickly and had a replacement on the way in no time.

I received my coffee yesterday, freshly roasted just two days before. Delicious! Full of flavor, very little (if any) bitterness. Good crema. Great value. This is my new go-to brand (sorry San Francisco Bay).

Discovered this Coffee while visiting in Washington DC. Has since expanded market, even to Amazon, so now I can order direct. A little pricey but the unique flavor (not flavored) is worth it. If you prefer a Light Roast, try it, it's unique and addicting in a Good way!

It was good with a nice taste and aroma; however, I prefer a medium to dark roast.
