I have three elementary school aged granddaughters with long hair. These are SO easy to use, make attractive buns and stay in all day, even after playing on the playground. I was finding instructions on how to make them, but then saw these for a fraction of what it would cost me to purchase fabric, thread and wire. We are very, very happy and I would highly recommend them.

I have a lot of hair so it's not so easy to manipulate. I'm still experimenting with it but so far so good. I need to spend more time with these to really give a good in depth review. But so far, fairly good. I have to use a pony tail holder to corral my hair. When I tried it without I didn't have much control of my hair. And I'm not sure how it will react to a more active day.The "bows" seem a good quality. The material is somewhat silky and they are padded. They seem good. the patterns are ok, no defects in manufacturing. I am looking forward to wearing them more

The hair bun maker posed difficulties with my natural, long 4C hair. It’s not the best fit, making styling a bit tricky. Giving it 2 stars for limited compatibility.

They shipped really fast and packaged well...I usually use the claw clips but i saw these and decided to try them...the designs are really cute and the price is affordable theyre so easy to use and they stay secure, no slippage and heres my little secret, i wet my hair before using one and not only did i get a cute "do" wearing it, it also gave me a cute wave, due to using with damp hair!!...i got compliments today on the one i was wearing, i like them so well im planning to order more. 🙂👍💯

I got these for my mother who is 89; she and her caregivers love them for ease of use and comfort.The wire feels like it may wear out with frequent use, but the design is such that you could tie it in a knot rather than twist tie it, so they will still work.would love to have more pattern choices - you can order 4,8,12 etc but you get duplicate patterns with the larger orders.

These bun makers are cute. They'll keep your hair up which is what's most important to me. They're simple enough to use but it takes practice to get a bun that's not messy. I'm sure it's more of a challenge because I have hair down to my lower back. I don't use the hair bands that came with the makers because they're tiny and will cause hair breakage. I haven't perfected a way to roll up the hair to hide the regular hair bands that I use. I've used the same maker probably 10 times so far and it hasn't broken. They look cute once they're locked in and all in all, I'd buy these again. UPDATE: I've had these about a year and all of them (8 pieces) have broken. I only use them occasionally. They're useless once the twist part is broken. Would NOT buy these again.
