Broke after a few weeks

After my child broke the first one I bought, I went back and bought several of these because I was afraid it would discontinue. Amazonite stone is so beautiful and all the soft earthy naturally varied beads form a piece of jewelry. I use this as a strap for my phone and get so many compliments!!

What a bad quality ! I have received the package, opened it and the wrist was broken ! It’s like the product was already damaged before sent because I can’t really see how the wrist just broke like that during the transportation (while the beads were not broken). Before purchasing, I have read a lot of reviews saying that it’s bad quality but I wanted to try anyways: bad idea. I have asked for a refund.
