Great knee brace!
My 13.5 year old German Shepherd does well with it. Her activity level has increased along with a pain med. It slips a bit on her lower back when she rises from lying down but, is easy to readjust, velcro on top. The brace is also easy to place on her injured knee. I remove it at night for her comfort while she sleeps.

XL is not very large
Looks like a quality product, but it is too small for my dog. I took measurements as recommended, but the device is not large enough. I wasted my money.

Strap issues
The brace is working rather well, but I’m not sure how much monger we will be able to use it. The strap around the body has come apart, and the Velcro attachment is not secure. It would have been better to have sown the pieces together rather than glued them.

Very poor service and communication from this company!
I followed directions given by Agon for measuring my dog and using their charts to order the correct size brace. Well it was too small and since it was shipped by Amazon a new larger size brace was sent out. My dog is a yellow lab ... about 78 lbs., 7 1/2 years old and the dimensions I took indicated on their chart to order a large. My replacement is an X-large ... this seems to fit. Unfortunately the locking mechanism on the adjustable hinge on the brace would not work/latch. I thought maybe it was a small issue that if I could talk with someone from Agon's customer service it could be remedied without having to return this second one. I tried calling the company from the phone number listed on their Website for a day or so and all I could get was a busy signal. I returned to the website and filled out a form they have stating the issue and did not get a response back. I filled out a second email form and sent it. As of today I still have not had any response. The people at this company are very poor to deal with. I think any company doing business with Amazon should be required to maintain a customer service phone number that is either posted with their Amazon webpage or could be given out by Amazon if a customer calls. In this case Amazon could not or would not give out the phone number. Such a poor way for Agon to do business on a very good website like Amazon.

Did the job!
My geriatric lab had an ACL tear where the vet did not suggest surgery due to her age. I bought this since she was unable to bear any weight on her hind leg and it greatly helped. This product did not receive 5 stars because once this product is washed the strap that goes around the body will split apart due to its adhesive not being that strong.

Good concept, Bad quality
The product is a good concept and does what Demeter needs with regard to giving herleft rear acl injury support. However, I've had to return the first one ordered in May for the fastening flap breaking off. It's a hard plastic flap and apparently not made for fastening and unfastening twice a day. They were quick to replace the first one with no charge. Now, the strap that goes across her back has come apart. I've only had the replacement for a few weeks. It still works with regard to the velcro latching onto the strap. Hoping they can figure out how to increase the quality without increasing the price too much.

Concept sounds great reality different
The concept sounds good. Having a hinge to make adjustments but when you get it, it looks a lot bigger and heavier for your dog to carry it around. The sizes are not as accurate as the small Said 8"-9" around the thigh but when we got it was much bigger for our dog. Wish it would have worked maybe for dogs that are bigger Than our 13lb dog

Good Design / Poor Quality / could be much better
The Good: Pretty good design with the knee bend control mechanism... it stays in the correct position on the dog all day,The Bad: The bend mechanism is crap - it's very difficult to "set" the position as the lock is junk, then it slips out of the locked position at will. The worst characteristic of the brace is the super cheap velcro that doesn't hold after just a few days. I had to cut / replace all the velcro pieces with stronger stuff from Home Depot. FYI, my dog is not very large or rough of stuff, it's simply made with crap materials. All in all, I've purchased a few of these simply to help my furry friend with her bad knee and will probably continue to buy more as they detiorate - nothing else that I've seen is any better. It should really be priced at around $29 based on the quality, not $80!! Welcome to China.
