Fluker's Tortoise Diet, Small Pellet Food, Land Turtle Formula, 3.5 lbs.

I have african sulcata tortoises and this is my go-to. They eat lettuce like crazy but not much else. I have tried them with varying fruits and vegetables, even pellets and dried/fresh flowers, but they are extremely picky. This tortoise diet is something they love. Unfortunately, the birds love it, too.

The longer pellets were a little too big for our full-grown red-footed tortoise (I would break them in halves or thirds) so I tried this smaller version. They are VERY small! So I sprinkled them on his favorite foods and you can see in the picture that he loved them (they're on his nose). I will likely go for the larger next time, but these are great for now!

For some reason my desert tortoises do not like the green pellets and leave them or spit them out. It’s kind of funny to watch. But they love the rest of the flavors. Nature is weird.

I have a 2 year old sulcata that is literally from birth just not your typical tortoise. He refuses to walk on soil hates being dirty. Won’t eat grass hay mazuri anything with grass is imidiately denied. I have spent the last 2 years successfully keeping him at the proper growth rate and healthy smooth non pyramiding shell with this, leafy greens, and regular weeds from the backyard. Most people push for specific diets but those just don’t work for my tort. This stuff is like candy to my sulcata I never have to worry about him refusing to eat with a big jar of this around obv needs supplemented with fresh greens. But if your tort won’t eat do yourself a favor and try this to appease your opinionated reptile puppy.

Prior to purchasing this tortoise food, I spent a lot of time visiting the grocery store, picking up fresh fruits and veggies for these little guys. This has save me a lot of time and my tortoises love them too. They get all the necessary nutrients for healthy growth. I no longer need to sprinkle calcium power all over their fresh food

It doesn't smell the same anymore. It used to have a very fruity scent. But its cost effective and my turtles eat it.

My tortoise has done wonderful on this food. It is well balanced, and helps them grow.Your tortoise's Diet should always include Flukers.
