Operational
Powered on, updated, and configured easy. Looks like new there were no issues, if you need instructions easy to find all updates, patches, and manual on Cisco website.

Bad QA !!
Whoever is "Amazon Refurbished" has delivered this product without checking that it works first. All they needed to do is hook it up to power and see the DIAG led is on and no reset procedure helps to reset it. They wasted four precious days with their stupidity.

Vulnerable
This router is end of life and no longer receives security updates from Cisco. As such, Volt Typhoon (a Russian hacking group, has compromised 30% of these devices globally. I haven't bought this exact item, but I'm shocked they are still being sold.
