hi it is not effective . i have grey hair . i wanted to give it greyish charcoal look . but this did nothing at all .

A satisfying experience. It would not go over well with black or gray hair. Apply for min 45 mins for good results. Would suggest testing it somewhere else like hand or lower part of the leg to see if there is no irritation or side effect.
