Q: Can this cheese be frozen?

I froze mine in batches… turns out a bit crumbly

Q: Are the slices individually wrapped

No, and they are hard to get apart, the cheese is really good though, I separated them with baking paper and put in an air tight container

Q: How does this get delivered? Do the slices have to be refrigerated?

They are delivered in cooled packing (like ice packs) And yes need to be kept refrigerated.

Q: What is the use by date

I didn't know the use by date till it arrived. It probably had about a month to 6 weeks on it though. It was fine for us as we go through a lot of vegan cheese though.
