This is on the lower end of multi function printers, but still, it didn't disappoint. Everything setup easily and quickly, and the prints are perfect. I only wish it had one additional feature...a network jack. I a business environment, I like to set up printers on the wired network, with a fixed IP address. That way I never have to worry about it dropping off the network. I used this on over USB, but if it was on a network, I'd have to choose a different printer.

I like it but I no longer have a land line to use the fax machine, I have blue tooth or wifi use only, I can't fax anything without having a landline.

I ordered this Brother MFC for my home office. I had too much difficulty setting it up. I went to Brother online and they posted they have no email, call, or text customer service. I'm not techie enough to set it up. This was a giant pain.

This is perfect…fast. Easy to connect to WiFi ..no ink hassle (one type of ink).

Originally, I had a color printer and was spending up to 140 dollars per month for replacement ink cartridges. But with this new printer I can print a lot more pages and not pay that excessive amount of money every month on replacement color ink cartridges.
