10 to 15 minutes to start up
This phone randomly turns off, even when it has plenty of battery. Then it takes 10 to 15 minutes to startup. I'm literally waiting for this phone to start up right now.

Good quality cell phone.
This is a good quality cell phone, with an adequate 32 GB memory, and a responsive 6.5 inch screen. I have had very good battery life with this phone and excellent signal reception, although this probably has more to do with your carrier and nearby towers than anything else. It arrives with Android version 10, but will update to version 11 after purchase. There are many useful settings to customize the phone. I have had no problems with it's performance yet, and I have been using it for about 6 months now. (I use many apps, but do not use many games so cannot comment on game performance.)

Good phone for under $ 200 . 00
This phone was a gift . The phone arrived perfect . The phone is fairly easy to set up and came with a sim card . The call quality is good loud n clear . The phone is fairly thin and light weight . The phone has a huge edge to edge screen which makes watching a movie or playing a game very injoyable ! It's 4 g and 5 g compatible . The screen viewing ratio is 720 p HD which actually looks fantastic with a fast wifi connection at home I really can't tell the difference between 1280 p really that much . My camera works great . It comes with 32 gig rom and you can slap in another micro SD card . The phone has fingerprints scanner and a ear phone jack . Charges with a Samsung c cord. . The phone is made of plastic so you will need a protective case . Does not come with a charger . But does come with the latest version of Android.

Worse camera ever
Took about 10 tries with my cat sitting to get the camera to take a clear shot. I tried to take a picture of a mountains and the whole picture was blurry. Tried several times. Tried changing settings multiple times to no avail. Crap camera. The pic I included looks blurry on the cats body. They were sitting right next to me. Took the pic several times and every pic was blurred or blurry. The phone is Slow and does not respond well to touch. There is a lag in all performance. Cheap phone and it shows. Will not lock into portrait so the screen flips back and forth to landscape. There is a portrait setting but only for the locked screen. I just needed a phone for calls, internet and a camera. Well, it does have wifi calling. It also allows you to shift to either using "buttons" to navigate or you can choose the swipe method. I hate being broke.if you have a bit more to spend, keep looking. My last phone was a Note 10 and it worked better than this and it was falling apart.

You get what you pay for.
I bought the cheaper phone. It takes forever to load and sometimes just shuts off for not reason. I am seldom on my phone but the battery never lasts 24 hrs.

I guess you get what you pay for ...
There's not alot of positive things to say about this phone. I have always purchased Samsung products and never had a problem with any of them. Until now. There were alot of positive reviews, and a few negative ones. The negative ones were about different things like screen jumping, weird auto correct, fuzzy pictures etc. Well, this phone has them all and then some. To start with, it only had 3% on the battery when I turned it on. So had to charge it before I could set it up. Pop my Sims card in, no problems. And then a couple of updates start, which is normal, until a couple turn into 4..5...8.. basically an hour later, you can use the phone. Start to play around with the different features, sent a text "wanted to let you know I got my new phone in today" hit send, and it sent " Wants to leg you knit I hot my me phones in today". Turned off auto correct. Then decided to look at the different apps, and the screen kinda jumped 3 or 4 times. Also, the colors on the screen aren't rite, they look muted, greens are lime colored, reds are pinkish etc. The biggest disappointment is the camera.. I probably don't take as many photos or videos as most do, but when I do, I would like them to be good enough to share. This camera is crap!! The photos are not in focus. They are fuzzy, unless you take a pic from about a foot away. I took a pic of the most gorgeous sunrise, with the reds oranges and hot pinks, that turned out looking like rain clouds and gray sky. There is nowhere in the phone settings or camera settings to adjust the color. You can go to photos and make some adjustments there, but who wants to have to adjust the color on every picture taken. I did turn off the auto HDR, and that helped a little, although I thought that's what HDR was for, to improve the colors etc. Now every time I click on the camera, "turn on auto HDR to even out the lighting in this picture" pops up on the screen. Really aggravating! Bottom line, if your in a hurry and need a phone just to make calls on, the price isn't to bad, it only took 2 days to get here and it was packaged well. That's about the only things positive to say about this phone. Sorry, not sorry Samsung, I would not recommend this phone.
