I can’t believe it’s gluten free!
I tried this as soon as I got them in the mail with our gluten free ramen noodles I ordered. This brought me back to the beef ramen I ate as a kid. I can’t believe it tastes so good. The nostalgia threw me right back to childhood eating a bowl of beef ramen. This has a little spice to it which I love! I did two teaspoons in the ramen I cooked it called for two and a half cups of water and it wasn’t really seasoned with one teaspoon but with two the spice and salt was great. It wasn’t overpowering! I’m very happy with my purchase! My son loved it too! Even my dad who doesn’t truly care for beef ramen enjoyed this! So thankful to have found a gluten free substitute that I don’t have to make. Not that I don’t mind making my own food but sometimes it’s nice to just have an easy comfort food every once in a while in a household of our size. I’ll be back for more!

Tasty
YUM. This was not my first choice for flavor option when it was first recommended to me but it was the only one available. It’s legit so good. It’s not too salty, tastes very umami, and has a slight spice. I don’t find it spicy but some might. I’ve used it in ramen, fried noodles, in rice dishes, to dry rub meat…it’s very versatile. The bag is a little smaller than I expected, but so far, it has lasted me many bowls of ramen and other dishes.

Very good
Doesn’t taste like beef to me, but is quite tasty. I could use a bit more heat, but I think there is a spicier version. Overall, it has a good flavor and is worth a try.

Too salty not like the ramen seasoning UPDATE>>>>
UPDATE: Recently i went vegan and was going through my cabinet when i realized i still had this Ramen mix. Though it is salty I changed it up a bit to my liking and now I'm enjoying it more these days. Just to share, this is what i did.... 2 1/3 cup of water to boil in pot. 2 tsp of this mix. 2 dashes of gf soy sauce (did you know that La Choy Soy Sauce is gluten free but doesn't advertise it as Gf) and a small drop of sesame oil. Once boiling I add my GF ramen noodles and allow to cook till soften. Once noodles are tender, i pour into my bowl and top with fresh green chives, sesame seeds, and a dash of siracha. Hope this helps someone out there ; ) I have celiac and was really wanting that old familiar taste of ramen again. Tried this. It’s expensive but I can say I won’t purchase again. Was salty and didn’t give that flavor I was looking for. Tell u the truth, I rather stick with cheap chicken bouillon and add some extra spices to it than purchase this.

Love it
I really like the flavor. Not too "beefy" and a nice amount of spice. I like things really spicy, but I think someone who doesn't like spice will still like this. In medium sized pot: 4 cups water 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 large carrot, sliced thin a few grams of dried seaweed 3/4 cup diced chicken bring to boil for a few minutes & turn off add 4 tspn beef ramen season (1 tspn per cup water) add ramen toppings or chopped green onion Hondashi if desired
