Is this cordless and rechargeable?

Yes, red lights on the massage nodes will flash while device is charging. Lights will stop flashing when device is fully charged. Unplug the device once its fully charge. About 1.5+ hours of usage with heat and 3+ hours without heat.

I work from home and in the office, is there a way to secure the massager onto my chair?

Yes, the massager has adjustable Velcro straps located on the back of the massager. Wrap the straps around the back of your chair and secure with the Velcro. Now you can enjoy a hands-free massage while you work.

My product does not heat up as much as I'd like. Is it possible to make it hotter?

Unfortunately not. Since friction from the mesh combined with the heat function can create more heat sensitivity, we've erred on the side of caution to ensure our customers are safe. Please note, it may take 5-7 minutes to feel the heat.

My product is not turning on or no longer works. What should I do?

Make sure your product's cord connection is secure as it should snap (*clicks*) into place. We also recommend using the car adapter and if it powers on, we can provide you with a new replacement power adapter at no cost to you.
