This was a very good book for those homemakers and students who want to learn more or even Pastry Chefs to improve on their skills, I found making eclairs from the recipes in this book fairly easy to understand. I highly recommend it to anyone

i had to use more eggs for a better result. Everything else it ok
God book and photos. The measure of the eggs for the choux pastry should be in grams, not units, i had to use more eggs for a better result. Everything else it ok.

Great selection of recipes
Please refer to my detailed comments on "Anonymous" 3/9/17.Photos are recipes for choux pastry, cassis cream, white chocolate glaze, and caramelized hazelnuts. Other recipes not in the book I incorporated are chocolate custard and pistachio syphon cake.

Loved this book I ordered and would like to say that I absolutely appreciate that the measurements are in grams and ML so the previous rant review on there isn't grams thereIs just next to the ingredients great book and addition to my pastry books

Very good quality of paper, bright pictures. Receipts are difficult for me little bit, but guess need to practice
