This machine is such a good buy. It is relatively quiet and washes your clothes clean. The symbols on the front make it easier to use but you have to learn the symbols which is not problematic. I suggest that the booklet/instructions are read first as one should do anyway. It is smart looking and this one can be connected to your phone as one touch, if you are that way inclined. The delivery was so well thought out. They guys brought it to the room desired. This was a great help as my son was not getting home till much later. It was delivered on time and on the date specified. I was even reminded that it was coming! Great experience.

I have to admit this is the second machine, the first was delivered so badly damaged I refused to even let it in the house. Another week later another one turned up. Delivered by two nice guys who I had a job too understand, because they were not English and I am partly deaf and lip read. But they made a good job of instaling it. Now I had two weeks of washing lurking, and in the first two days I did six loads, thank goodness it was hot drying weather. (Heat wave.)I have tried out several of the programs and found them all fine and as they say in the book. I would recomend you read the instruction book, the selection of programs requires a little study. I have not yet attemped to conect my smart phone, I don't feel smart enought, But my daughter is coming to show me. I have to say I am very happy with the machine and it performs as expected, I can't say any thing about it's noise, for the reasions I have given. I will point out I live a lone so no deeply soiled cloathes, but all the washing I have done is perfect. So I have to say I am very pleased with it. One point, there is a bit that is meant to go on the bottom of the machine, but the instalers didn't put it on, and because of the comucation problems I have no idea why. It seemed to be a black sheet of material and go's on the underside of the machine, I think I should have asked amazon, they are always so good about things, but I didn't Ho Hum.

Love this washing machine,really quiet with many cycles.great communication with delivery drivers who were extremely helpful and rang me 15 minutes before arrival. Really easy to install I would highly recommend

Been using only for a few months but so far so good. Haven't used the smart touch option but others might find this useful. This washing machine has plenty program options but can be a bit complicated so I'm always referring to the instruction booklet. The machine looks great and well designed. a couple of small gripes though. The cover for the filter at the bottom is very difficult to open and could easily break as its quite flimsy plastic. The biggest problem though was the length of the waste hose which meant I had to spend extra money on an extension kit. If it wasn't for those two little problems I would have given 5 stars.

Had nothing but problems with this machine in particular with the motor having to be replaced within a year as it was faulty, only to be replaced with another motor which blew up just over a year later with the heating element having to be replaced in between, the second motor went just after 2 year parts and labour warranty is up so Amazon not interested in helping out. Washing machine now scrapped just after 2 years. The 10 year warranty is for parts only so not worth much due to the service charge from the engineers

Love this washing machine, was delivered very promptly and the guys were great and brought right into my kitchen (2nd floor flat) with absolutely no complaints.It cleans really well at low temperatures with little to no noise. Very easy to navigate without using the instructions.

So far so good - I paid extra for my old one to be taken away and new one plumbed in. The guys did a good job and seemed very quick and easy. So far I have done 2 loads : one cotton, one Synthetics, and both have worked well.The manual does not state this anywhere I can see, but would be good to know: when the cycle has ended, the panel shows a code of “56Y” or “S6Y”…I thought it was an error code and was pulling out my hair, but after googling, it actually stands for “Standby” and this code will always show when the cycle has ended and you have not yet turned machine off. Would have been good to know!!Also worth noting - there was a fairly big dent in the front when it arrived - the guys pointed it out to me. I personally don’t mind too much, but you might.

Great value for money, the machine is huge on the inside and I can get so much washing done in one load. You can download washing programmes on your phone and send them to the machine, but I honestly feel like it's a bit if a gimmick. The stock programmes are perfectly adequate and there is already a good selection available. I used the app for about a week, then the novelty wore off. The machine was a good price, delivery and removal of my old machine was seamless. Would recommend
