I’ve been doing lots of research on how to help me with a humiliating topic that no one talks about, but many suffer in silence from - fecal incontinence. One of the best things for it is wheat bran as it helps bind up all the extra fluid that’s in our gut. Or at least that’s how brain translated it. By doing this you get the healthy benefits of firmer stool and less leakage. I know wheat bran is high in nutritional value over popping a couple of pills. It functions more as in add in to my diet than anything. I eat it every day by dipping a banana into the wheat bran, as well as incorporating it into my smoothies. By eating the raw wheat bran I know I’m getting the most value for my money as far as health benefit goes. But the cost of Olde Mill Wheat Bran and how much you get is also with my money in savings and taste.

I ordered this to make my husband, his favorite, bran muffins. I was so pleased when I opened the first pack of how good the bran smelled. It was light, fluffy and had a wonderful fresh smell. I made the bran muffins with a popular recipe and they turned out the best of any bran muffins I have made. I am excited to try this and other recipes.

I really liked this product as I have been using this for over six months but suddenly it takes ages to be delivered so I was forced to switch brands.

I’m a long-time consumer of wheat bran. It is difficult to find pure wheat bran on Amazon, and the only other brands I usually find and order (Markal Organic Wheat Bran and Bob’s Red Mill Wheat Bran) are often “out of stock” or “Currently Unavailable”. Discovering “One in a Mill High Fiber Wheat Bran” was very timely as both of the other brands were unavailable. The product is of great quality and the packaging is better than the other two brands. I was also very impressed with the seller, as he was very helpful when an issue with my purchase took place and helped solve it immediately. The delivery was timely as well. I’m very pleased with this purchase.
