DaVinci Charlie 3-Drawer Dresser in Chesnut

I can’t say enough about the price and quality of this dresser! I bought this for my son and daughter in law to use as a changing table/dresser for a newborn and it hands down is the best quality I’ve bought for an affordable build it yourself piece of furniture!!! My son and I built in in under an hour! It’s truly beautiful and very well built, it’s even weighted more toward the bottom so it doesn’t tip, has a beautiful paint job and not paper coated!

This is a really well built table. Too big to use as a nightstand but very sturdy. Make sure you measure and check length and height before you jump in.

I was a little worried after reading some other reviews, but this product arrived on time and was packaged well. There were no scratches or dents and it was easy enough to assemble. It seems sturdy and the drawers have plenty of room to store items. I am very happy with how it looks in my baby's nursery!

This is a very well made piece of furniture for the price. Assembled myself (66 y/o woman who has limited experience assembling such things but knowledge about how to use the required tools) in about 3 hours. Could be done quicker, I took my time. Instructions fairly decent except for placement of the top of the dresser. Make sure the lip overhangs in the front (see image)!! All parts were included and looked ok. One issue with assembly was screwing in the back panel of the drawers because if they aren't EXACTLY lined up (and they won't be which is acceptable for the price point) you will miss the narrow edge of the back panel and the screw will show inside or behind the drawer (see image). Be extremely careful in trying to center each of the screws. One back panel split when the screw was installed and I will be contacting the seller to ask for another panel (see image). I did not anchor the dresser to the wall but that's a great safety feature. I highly recommend this product based on the quality.

I assembled this dresser by myself at 30 weeks pregnant. I time batched it into 2 different sessions at 45 minutes and 30 minutes - so overall, allow yourself a solid 1.25 hours to assemble (timed sessions do NOT include unboxing).The biggest learning curve with the assembly is using the included Allen wrench at an angle. I have assembled a handful of furniture before and this was the first time I had to use this technique. While it does work, it make the process much more tedious and as you're tightening down the final few turns of the bolt, you're limited to doing so at very small turns, less than 45 degree rotations at a time. Aside from using the Allen wrench at an angle, the instructions were very straight forward and easy to understand. I used all the included hardware until the final step of assembling the drawers. By this point, I grew impatient and used a drill to assemble the drawers. Because of this, some of them are NOT perfectly square (but that is of my own doing) but still fit into the dresser just fine and glide along the track with ease.I do love the overall finished product and am excited to see the baby room come together. This was definitely the hardest piece of furniture I've had to assemble. I would recommend buying this already assembled from a furniture store in your area if possible.

Build quality is really good and the instructions were very detailed. The color looks great and fits perfectly in our closet. Dimensions are exactly as specified and works as intended

This dresser is very sturdy and for perfectly by my daughters bed! Its scratch resistance is a plus for being in a 10 year olds room! It came with a strap to attach it to the wall but I didn’t have to use it because it’s sturdy and safe. The drawers function well and it’s very easy to use. Well worth the money!

I believe I was sent one that was returned as one of the drawers already had crayon on the inside. Did not notice until I was almost done putting together as it was in the middle of the other drawer pieces. Otherwise, looks very nice, does scuff easily. I also found that it seems to stain, if you spill anything with color it does not come out. (Spilled some grape juice)
