Easy to fit with caution.
You have to remove the outer cover of the microwave to get access to the bulb. Be cautious the edges of the microwave covered are very sharp and can cut your fingers.

Panasonic NN-CT57JM Microwave
I brought this bulb as a replacement in my Panasonic NN-CT57JM Microwave.The actual bulb head is smaller than the existing one (the existing one had just Z187 printed on it), however the base (fitting) was the same and it fitted without any issues.All working..I also noted that this bulb had T170 printed next to the Z187 code.

Excellent drop in replacement bulb
The bulb was exactly as described, it came the next day, and was easy to fit. I would check that this is the correct bulb, size and wattage before purchasing, as it it fitted with spade terminals, and the bulb and moulding all come as one piece.
