Used this for 4 hours almost constantly - it is a work horse . Really reliable solid piece of kit . It was easy to manoeuvre and operate . So pleased I purchased this item

Ok ,leant to let the potential chippings to dry out for a month or two , the quality of the chippings really improves,

When I started using the shredder, it kept jamming. It is fine with bendy branches, but rigid ones are a problem. So are any knobbly bits. What I then did was to go through all the branches with strong cutters, trying to make them as straight as possible. After that, there were not many problems.One other tip. If the machine is not working, first check the basket is connected properly. Otherwise it will not start.Overall, it has been a useful buy, but it is not as easy to use as I had been hoping.

It works very well and far superior to a previous machine. Larger branches can cause it to move a little on the stand but, this stops once it gets going. The tool to push smaller branches through is a useful addition. This one replaces a machine from another manufacturer which uses the same method but, which lacked the vigour.Overall, very pleased.One point to note, it’s worth adjusting the cut until the branches are divided cleanly, otherwise segmented ones can recirculate around and clog. (This was more of an issue with my old machine)

This doesn’t shred branches as finely as my previous 30 year old shredder, but it does it more quickly, less noisily, and without jamming! So overall it is much better, feeding branches in is simple and they then progress without further pushing or poking, and you can feed in a bundle at a time. I’d recommend it.

Like many others, my garden 'jungled' with the combination of mild winter and wet wet rainThis little baby is now helping me get through the overgrowth and taking the strain off the compost heap. It seemas to munch through anything i ca give it and I find it fun to use, too.
